We partner with clients on implementing Adoption and Change Readiness programs. We provide communication planning, rollout strategies and adoption enablement, as‌ ‌well‌ ‌as‌ ‌ongoing‌ ‌success, development of company bench-marking, feature audits and usage reviews.

Business Lead on Bullhorn ATS full cycle software implementation for legal brand of AdeccoManaged discovery, field configuration, data migration and 3 rounds of user acceptance testingLed change management, adoption and training efforts for 350+ new Bullhorn usersProject Lead for all Bullhorn 3rd Party integrations such as Sense, SalesFusion and LinkedIn RecruiterPart of leadership team for major national operations restructuring programHandle weekly starts and ends reporting for Senior Leadership Team Partner with leadership on selection and reporting of sales and recruiting team KPI’sManage company wide training on all new systems upgrades for Bullhorn, Canvas and MicroStrategy Forge strong relationships with key business stakeholders across multiple business unitsLiaison to all systems related vendor contacts

Manage Boston office of Special Counsel and Parker + Lynch Legal Interview, hire, train and manage branch recruiting, sales and administrative staff; Negotiate, maintain and manage all contracts with clients and vendors; Responsible for new business development with law firms and corporate legal departments; Handle employee relations and counseling/discipline issues for all branch staff, temporary and contract employees; Address human resource issues as needed regarding employee relations, benefits, job performance and organizational changes; Develop cost-effective branch advertising and recruiting strategies; Develop client retention strategies; Responsible for attorney recruitment and placement as well as all support staff; Supervise payroll for all temporary and contract employees; Interact with and management of vendors; Responsible for all accounts payable and receivable, budgeting/financial issues, Monitor industry hiring and compensation trends

 Recruit, interview and place attorney, paralegal, contract administration and legal secretary candidates in temporary and direct hire opportunities Cold calling, networking and using referral sources to obtain the top talent for each role Use online tools such as Monster, LinkedIn, Craigslist and Career Builder to place advertisements for open positions and search for viable candidates for these roles Contact and meet with current and potential clients to market Special Counsel’s staffing services and build lasting relationships Run education, certification, employment history and reference checks for all candidates In charge of on boarding all new contract hires and conducting orientation to Special Counsel  Present job searching seminars to paralegal certificate students at Suffolk University and members of the MA Paralegal Association

Prepare and organize small document productions for opposing counselConduct document reviews for responsiveness, key words, privilege and indexing purposesPrepare pleadings binders and deposition summariesCreate trial preparation binders and exhibit filesSupervise Case Assistants on litigation practices and proceduresPerform legal research and docket searches
