Delight Ministries is a nationwide college ministry that equips college women with the tools and resources to launch, grow and sustain Christ-centered communities on their campuses. • Maintained open lines of communication with 17 Delight chapters, and 100+ Delight leaders to track chapter success and provide administrative support. • Served as meeting support on 30+ chapter visits, collected feedback from leaders, and communicated leaders’ experiences to headquarters.• Planned and executed a leadership retreat for 50 leaders.• Developed content for social media and leader training material for the website.• Wrote monthly newsletters to sustain positive relationships with 70 donors and ministry partners.

The Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power and Potential is a statewide adolescent health organization that works with hundreds of schools and other youth-serving organizations so that young people have the information, knowledge, and motivation they need to make healthy lifestyle choices that maximize their potential. • Represented adolescents in Bibb County and Cherokee County while working with public health and social justice leaders across the state to advocate for health equity and a common policy agenda.• Partnered with community-based organizations to plan an annual youth summit, to increase the engagement of 500 high school students across the state in GCAPP’s work. • Moderated webinars and panels of youth-serving professionals that were broadcasted live to over 100 high school teachers in Georgia.• Created content for social media to educate adolescents on statewide public health policy.

Ikamva Labantu is a non-profit organization that works throughout Cape Town’s township communities toward a more just society where human rights can be fully actualized. We have a holistic and community-led approach to the sustainable development of impoverished communities, with a focus on early childhood development, the wellbeing of older persons, and afterschool initiatives for children. We have been working with at-risk communities for over 55 years through the provision of resources, training, and support.• Shadowed community preschool teachers in a classroom setting in order to develop an interactive WASH curriculum for children ages 4 to 5 years old • Implemented the WASH curriculum at Ikamva Labantu’s model preschool and collected feedback from the principal, teachers, and students• Trained local preschool practitioners on how to incorporate the curriculum into their schools and classrooms
