• Effectively recruit accounting and finance professionals and generate new clientele via internet research, internal database searches, cold calling, referrals, networking and other strategies

• Monitor and regularly report on gross profit and other trends across customers, products, and programs to identify any issues or opportunities related to revenues, costs, or accounts receivables that may exist
• Prepare and enter journal entries as needed throughout the month, assist in the month end close process, and support Financial Statement preparation as necessary
• Regularly monitor WIP to ensure appropriate job costing and that projects are closed on a timely basis and in the appropriate period
• Act as an internal consultant/business partner, along with IT, to other departments to assist in identifying, designing, and developing needed performance reports and in the execution of process reviews to identify.
• Act as a financial liaison to sales and client services to assist them in understanding the financial performance of their specific accounts by preparing detailed estimate to actual cost analyses
