Operations Director
CurrentDevelop and implement strategic organizational development plans, to support personnel and business needs while achieving agency objectives. Liaison and adviser to the agency’s leadership and facilitate organizational development across the agency. Monitor the external and internal environment for organizational development opportunities.Review and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial data to guide staffing, pricing, and investments in the overall operation of the agency. Primary point of contact between the agency and legal, accounting and HR partners, work with these partners to review and implement policies and processes.
