With over 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, I am a passionate and people-first tech leader who strives to deliver high-quality, accessible products that meet the needs and expectations of diverse users. At Bridgit, a construction software company, I built a high-efficiency, high-trust team that delivered Bridgit’s first paid module, and a 4-month, 6-dev, app-wide project representing ~$238,000 in ARR.One of my missions is building accessible web apps, which I have successfully advocated for across multiple teams and products. I have extensive experience in engaging teams in accessible practices, applying accessibility standards, such as WCAG 2.0 AA, AODA, and Section 508, and ensuring compliance with legal and customer requirements. At Vidyard I used my expertise and advocacy to secure a $1M contract and create a culture where web accessibility matters.Another is to ensure quality is considered early and often.
