Experienced and scrappy social impact professional, consultant, and researcher. Professionally, I've worked to address how to make work better through policy advocacy, research, business engagement, and people operations. Academically, I've explored innovative ways to ensure people have access to quality recreational and communal spaces for the time they spend outside of work. I care deeply about people, their experiences at work where they spend so much of their lives, and quality of life they have access to when they aren't at work. After a decade of helping to launch interesting and impactful initiatives aimed at spreading economic opportunity around more equitably, I swapped my programs hat for an ops one. Now I work on internal programs at the intersection of Employee Experience, Culture, HR, and Operations. I 'stumbled' into HR and People Operations, but now have a fire in my belly for teams who are serious about internal culture, mission, and aligning their company values with their people management philosophy and approach. I help companies find the right talent when they are scaling, advise internal leaders, make champions out of managers, consult on process improvements for internal executors, and lend sharp intuition and big picture insight to teams at moments when they could use an outsider's nudge to refocus on their collective North Star.
