The 1752 Group is a UK-based research and lobby organisation addressing staff-to-student sexual misconduct within the higher education sector. Our work includes conducting sector leading research, lobbying national organisations, working with institutions to improve prevention and responses to sexual misconduct, and developing best practice policy and procedures. Metia is a technology agency specialising in delivering B2B integrated marketing consulting services and solutions. Within Asia Pacific I was the customer reference team lead responsible for a number of global accounts. I delivered B2B programme management, customer reference expertise, Asia Pacific regional knowledge, consulting services, and developed specialist content for enterprise technology companies.

The Nimble Group was an editorial services agency developing quality content for companies working in multiple sectors. Established the business, and was responsible for successful client proposals, project management, editorial, and coordinating designers. Running my own business gave me a wealth of experience and critical skills in delivering end-to-end services to clients.

My first business venture started with a partner, Moxie Union was an arts promotion and events company specialising in creating opportunities for New Zealand artists to exhibit in Asia and providing arts management services for galleries. Sourced the art, designed the exhibitions, developed PR and marketing strategies and collateral, hosted the openings, then quickly morphed into the best sales staff we could be. Moxie Union then partnered with Just E, events arm of Just Media in 2005/2006.

Worked in New Zealand and Singapore on government and private sector projects. In New Zealand I was involved in a SAP implementation and developed and delivered customer service training for a government department. In Singapore I was the lead for the project management office on a large Singapore Government IT programme, and then led the training team to deliver systems training to all staff.

Elected President of the University of Canterbury Students' Association. Led the student executive committee and employer for Student Association staff. Member of the University Council and various academic committees.
