As an assistant manager for Tar Heel Capital Wendy's, I managed shifts to ensure that my customers, employees, and companies needs were met and satisfied. I believe we are in this line of business to serve our customers great, fresh, and hot food that will want them coming back for me.

I completed the Accelerate to Leadership program with Aramark. With this program I had the chance to experience not one sector of the company, but three. This gave me the opportunity to work in a retail food-court location, assist at a fine dining location, and two different residential dining halls with two different concept. I learned the basics of using Prima to look at menu's and how to add and edit menu items to produce an accurate amount of food for our forcasted numbed of guests. I also learned the ins and outs of Kronos scheduling system. I currently co-manage a team of 85 employees on a daily basis. This is taught me the proper way to talk to employees since they are all different. The dining hall I manage is partnered with the Better Skills group of the county and I have had the opportunity to help with the employees we hire through the county to work with them on how to do tasks around the dining hall.
