- Content Creation: Creating and briefing posts/videos (Static, IGS, Reels) with graphic designers to make content suitable for each social channel (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TIktok)- Collaboration: Working with the Marketing Team, Creative and Graphic Designers to pitch and brainstorm new content and marketing ideas, including but not limited to: social partnerships, new product launches and content themes and ideation- Seeding Fulfillment: Looking for new collaboration opportunities with creators, influencers and brand ambassadors.- Cross-posting: Sharing the Content Team & ambassador/influencer content on our channels including Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and Facebook. Create, write, and edit social posts for optimization across our various social platforms, post and caption copy. Ensure that copy reflects Tilley’s tone of voice, is consistent, and accurate.- Monitoring Trends and Competitors: Constantly checking for what is trending in the digital social sphere that we can jump onto implementing into our own social strategies and taking note of what our competitors are doing on their social channels each week — both in terms of successes and failures.- Community building: Find associations to partner with to create events across all regions (Canada, USA, UK, Australia) that expresses our brand messaging and develops the Tilley community.- Regularly review analytics to see how our platforms are performing against our goals, and work collaboratively to improve our results.

- In this client-facing role, my job is to speak to clients on the phone daily, listen to the situation at hand and determine what dispute we can open for clients, and to work directly with VISA and Mastercard to provide solutions to our clients.- I also provide information to clients via our RBC online banking to assist with inquiries and open disputes for our online clients.- To assist our back office teams, I have been cross trained to also do the chargebacks to provide credits to the clients and do the submission to the VISA and Mastercard website.
