Managed Service Engineer @ Mas
Current- Render business related consultancy to the core users based on data acquired from the system.- Monitoring the operation of the system and response to the core users’ queries.- Reviewing the business procedure and system performance, identifying the opportunity for improvement.- Maintaining close relationship with MAS users, delivering bi-weekly / monthly update to core users and department heads.- Liaising with different departments in MAS to promote the system and improve adoption and recognition.- Coordinate with other stakeholders in connecting and aligning CRM with other digital platform, like HR system and Reporting system as well as in interfacing with other existing legacy systems.- Collaborating with remote development & QA team, support team and R&D team, under appropriate unified processes and procedures.
