- Developed and deliver year-long coaching programs in Initiation to programming with Scratch, Arduino basic blocks development, and communication techniques for 50+ mentees, aged 12 to 18 years old, yearly.- Helped mentees develop their soft and technical skills through project-based learning.- Coached a team composed of 5 young kids aged between 10 and 12 years old, and prepared with them a role-play in English that was presented in the closing ceremony in front of 100+ attendees.- Trained 4+ assistant coaches to acquire the needed coaching techniques.

Participated in the FIRST Global Challenge 2018Built a robot that helps to solve energy impact thematic. Competed against 180 nations and won 4 awards in the competition.

The Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) for Global Student Leaders on Economic Empowerment is funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, and hosted by the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and implemented by Meridian International Center.I was among 20 other young leaders from around the world joining together at the University of Massachusetts. During the 5-week exchange program in the United States, I have studied about the US and global economy, entrepreneurship, Civic Engagement, and Leadership.
