We have developed a platform to help companies maintain their knowledge base, train and test their staff online or on-site. Our company also develops and designs training courses for various industries (currently for power engineering sector, i.e. theoretical base, OHS procedures, etc.). Our courses merge traditional content (text, pictures, videos) with interactive 3D animation that enables employees better understand their job requirements, procedures and get tested in realistic environment

I changed the architecture of notifying users of an incoming call, which permitted a reduction in lost connections by 70%. I introduced a change in database architecture by optimising the code and structure, which resulted in an increase in the capacity to maintain simultaneous calls by 25%.

Development of puzzle games for iOS, Android and BlackberryOS (Adobe AIR, haXe + NME) Shipped 5 games for mobile devices. Currently most of them are retired. Shipped 14 casino games for Rolis Casino, including roulettes, slot machines and video pokers. Worked closely with backend engineer to design client-server protocols. Also helped to manage outsource projects of the company.
