My career has evolved from hands-on design roles to leadership positions, where I currently lead a team of 12 in Quality Assurance projects at Ebenus Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd.In my role as Team Leader, I oversee daily operations, ensure timely delivery of high-quality work, and foster a collaborative team environment. My previous positions as Quality Supervisor and Quality Analyst have sharpened my attention to detail and commitment to excellence, allowing me to optimize workflows and consistently improve quality standards.I am proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit Architecture, SketchUp, and AutoCAD, and have a solid background in construction management and site operations.
