I first started at Rick Stein as a waitress and then moved onto the bar and I also work in the Kitchen

Covering all aspects of the business, I work the bar and am fully trained to use the coffee machine (including bean varieties and presentation), take orders/serve and handle payments. I am also involved in the general day to day and deep cleaning of the bistro. I have a great knowledge of the daily menu and can confidently explain the dishes to diners.

I started work at Hash in the kitchen as a pot washer, moving to a waitress role after a year. Taking orders and working as a key part of the team. Trained in cocktail making.

A similar role to Hatch in a much busier environment, working bar and floor, assigning tables, handling payments and close of business cashing up and clean.
