Natalie is an ambitious young mother of five children who started a chocolate business in the middle of the global pandemic, without any existing customer base prior to it's opening.Natalie has been fortunate to further her industry knowledge and skills by learning from some of top chocolatiers and patisserie chefs around the world such as Melissa Coppel (USA), Julie Sharp (UK), Claire England (UK), Alexander Bordeaux (Belgium), Ramon Morató (Spain) & Olivier Fernandez (Spain).
