Supervised over 20 field specialists performing services in support of environmental studies for new pipeline expansion projects. Responsible for group performance and goal setting.

Responsible for developing aquatic toxicity testing services, including facilities design and set-up, hiring personnel and business development. Managed several large industrial and municipal clients located in the Upper Midwest.

Responsible for preparing laboratory cultures and slides in support of prenatal and oncological diagnoses. Maintained laboratory supplies and service schedules.
