After the assessment was developed and presented to leadership, my scope was expanded to implement the improvement opportunities that were uncovered in my assessment.Designed and configured a Corporate Performance Management application in OneStream to standardize and improve the monthly financial close consolidation process by reducing the effort required to consolidate the financials as well as increase controls and quality of data. The implementation successfully integrated financial data from 15 entities across the globe which included monthly general ledger consolidation, currency translation, intercompany elimination, and automation of auditable monthly financial statements.
