Responsibilities include delivering a standard and secure desktop with agility, monitoring these standards, governing the security compliance, managing all hardware and software assets, and maintaining service request SLA’s.Enterprise wide implementation of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) including a Primary Site Server and 50+ Distribution Points. This technology enabled the ability to deliver a standardized operating system, maintain the lifecycle of the OS once delivered, automate software delivery, a centralized console for complete client management, and more effective compliance and patch management.Planned, delivered, and maintained the lifecycle of Windows 10 across the enterprise (12,000+ clients). This included a focus on improved desktop security with the implementation of secure boot, Dell CCTK configuration automation, Microsoft security baselines, BitLocker encryption for both USB and the OS, endpoint virus and malware protection with Microsoft Defender, and local administrator account management.Implemented Microsoft Always on VPN (3 regional entry points & 6,000 clients) for corporate remote access. This reduced the need for several third-party applications and allowed the company to realize a seamless, secure, and stable remote connection during the global pandemic and beyond.Engaged with the implementation of numerous security initiatives to achieve automotive TISAX compliance. Technologies included Intune hybrid joined conditional access, Defender for Endpoint, Azure Sentinel, Azure Information Protection, Qualys, Carbon Black, and Citrix and Centrify for a Zero Trust transformation for external partner\contractor access.
