15 years (and counting) in the Army Reserve. 6 years in Law Enforcement, recently promoted to an patrol supervisor. Two years as a small business owner, of a excavating business. I work well as a people manager, identifying strengths in those working with me and working to those strengths to provide a good work product, whatever it is. I adapt quickly to change and can come up with solutions to problems with resources that are available to me. My history is in maintenance, 4.5 years on the railroad as a locomotive technician. 1.5 years in maintenance at a factory. Working primarily alone in both positions. My supervisory experience come from the military. I was promoted to Sergeant in 2012 and oversaw a squad. I was promoted to Staff Sergeant in 2020 and assumes a position as a platoon Sergeant. In this position, I over see the a 20 soldier element of mechanics. I organize and prioritize work based on the needs of the unit and the commander.
