With 6 years in the Air National Guard as an Aerospace Propulsion Specialist, I have honed my mechanical skills, keeping aircraft serviceable and developed essential habits needed to be a competent aircraft mechanic. Earning the rank of Staff Sergeant has also aided in developing my leadership skills. Additionally, I’ve spent 2 years as an aircraft fueler at private FBOs, ensuring planes are fueled and providing pilot and customer needs. Networking and making connections was another benefit while working at FBOs.I spent 2 years in a lead position at Target Distribution Center, showcasing my leadership abilities as a Problem Solver and Safety Advocate Lead. All while attending college to obtain my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. My second role was being an Emergency Response Team member as I am heavily involved in safety. Also, I was briefly a safety coordinator with AVFLIGHT.I’ve created a diverse background in aviation and logistics for myself so far and have still much eagerness to learn more. My goal is to work with an organization that will utilize my skills as well as provide an environment that will promote growth.
