Cat Digital Product Owner responsible for implementation of the Cookie Compliance and Marketing Consent/Preference Management modules of the OneTrust digital privacy and security platform. Worked with business owners and legal team to design Caterpillar's approach to cookie compliance and execute that approach via the OneTrust platform. To date, have implemented on 100 sites across 11 Caterpillar-owned brands since summer of 2021.Also, worked with multiple business and technical partners to transfer Caterpillar's marketing consent program to the OneTrust platform, and will be rolling the solution to multiple Caterpillar-branded sites.Manage a team of three technical resources (all located in India) for ongoing technical work.In 2024, will be implementing a third OneTrust module -- Policy and Notice Managment -- to manage data privacy notices across all Caterpillar websites.

Cat Digital position responsible for working with the business owners (Global Marketing, Construction Industries) to identify business needs, requirements, projects, and prioritize those for development across three Agile/Scrum teams within Cat Digital.

My.Cat.Com is a global, customer-facing web portal. As a certified Scrum Product Owner over multiple years, had responsibility for: defining strategy; maintaining near-term roadmap; working with internal business partners, Cat dealerships, and customers around the world to define requirements; and communication planning and execution. In addition, assisting in product deployment; system testing; usability testing with customers; defining and executing measurement plan; and production of marketing materials.

Lead for implementing Salesforce.com CRM solution across key business divisions. Responsible for defining requirements; establishing and executing prioritization and deployment processes; development and delivery of user training and support materials; and rationalization of licensing and billing processes.

Supervised a group of 14 employees in the production of Caterpillar's global, customer- and dealer-facing sales support literature, including specalogs, competitive and comparative bulletins, product bulletins and translation of all materials. Achievements included: rationalization of the group's business plan; implementation of a new dynamic publishing system; and transition of the Europe/Africa/Middle East division into the global processes for creation of sales media.

Served as embedded Black Belt in the eChannel Division running projects related to the development and/or improvement of internet and intranet initiatives. Achievements included: development of process for digital, qualified lead generation process; establishment of processes for organic and paid search; definition of general construction long-term internet strategy; development of enterprise intranet standards, conversion of all intranet sites to common look-and-feel based on Global Advertising Framework; and internationalization of shop.cat.com merchandise site.

Responsible for promoting cat.com as the hub of Caterpillar's internet marketing efforts and leading both customer-driven and strategic cat.com projects. Achievements included: development of virtual walkaround application for cat.com; identification of supplier for shop.cat.com e-commerce site; and completion of Caterpillar enterprise Internet standards

Responsible for web-based initiatives within Brand Identity & Communications, including: development and maintenance of brand-identity.cat.com, the enterprise site for brand standards; merchandise.cat.com, the first site to sell a cross-section of Caterpillar licensed merchandise. Served as enterprise consultant for the presentation of the Caterpillar brand on the web.

Web Team Leader in Usability Group of Caterpillar's Corporate Information Services. Responsible for leading team of seven in group's web site development activities. Also performed work involving technical writing and documentation; communication planning; gap analysis; training development and delivery; and usability testing.

I am a co-owner of Grim Reaper Fitness, a multi-sport club and coaching business, as well as a certified USA Triathlon coach. As an owner, my focus is on the coaching aspect of the business, as well as club and media communication, while my partner serves as the business and membership manager.Personally, I have completed about 50 triathlons since 2012, in the sprint, Olympic, and Half Ironman distances. In 2014 and 2015, Grim Reaper Fitness finished in the top-3 at USAT Club Nationals, while I finished 4th nationally in the 220-pound division of the Olympic distance.
