Delivering critical financial and operational responsibilities for revenues and costs including the leadership of a Transformation and Program Management Team, responsible for driving strategic finance projects impacting multiple business functions. Annual departmental budget responsibilities of over $10m.Significant AchievementDefined the strategy, program management and delivery for the global transformation of all in-house transactional elements of the finance operations team into a 3rd party outsource provider. Scope included Order to Cash, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Commissions, based across four international regions. First time ever remote approach undertaken with the offshore partner during COVID, achieving the transition in 12 months and saving $11m over a 5-year period.

Significant Achievement- Transformation of the Internal Audit Fraud and Enterprise Risk Management team through the introduction of a robust Audit and ERM strategy, new operating model and reporting tools. Upskilled the team and established a co-source relationship with a Big Four provider.
