My professional experience encompasses a vast range of commercial roles and responsibilities across several global companies for over 18 years. From more recent roles in sales, marketing and project management, to prior roles in marketing/communications and complex data mining/analysis, I've consistently delivered quality results and provided a positive impact throughout my career.Currently the Sales Manager for Accudyn Products in Erie, PA, I have responsibility for all sales related activity and quoting for both of our sites (Erie, PA and Chihuahua, Mexico). A world class plastics injection molder, Accudyn manufactures engineered parts with engineered resins and specializes in challenging/complex products with tight tolerances and high deliverables. Between growth with existing customers and cultivating business with new customers, my goals are to grow sales at both manufacturing plants. Previously I was the Director of Sales & Marketing for Haysite Reinforced Plastics in Erie, PA. Haysite is an industry leader in manufacturing fiberglass reinforced composite plastics, and excels at making high quality composite sheets, profiles and molded parts for a variety of industries. As Director, my goals were to aggressively grow sales via new business, new projects (both existing and new customers), marketing campaigns, quality internal/external relationships and superior customer service through my sales team.The majority of my experience prior to Haysite was with Wabtec (formerly GE Transportation) in Erie, PA. As a global Fortune 500 company, GE is recognized as an industry leader in innovative and quality products. Most recently, I was the Senior Sales/Account Manager for GE Mining's $300MM aftermarket parts business. For 3 years I successfully navigated the parts business to record revenues, which culminated in a record $1 billion year for GE Mining in 2012. This milestone was reached through first-class customer engagement, communication and relationship cultivation, as well as meticulous planning and cross-functional projects with our plant.Prior to GE Mining, I was recruited to join GE's world-class Commercial Leadership Program upon graduating college.
