Current- Created and incorporated a new company training program that focused on training our associates in today’s wireless industry.
- Developed a 5.0 customer service training course and conducted monthly classes. The class focused on the critical points of customer service and selling in today’s competitive market.
- Traveled nationally to provide sales coaching and evaluating of management teams and talent.
- Implemented company trainings, quizzes and reviewed mystery shops from our carrier partner US Cellular.
