Manufactured a variety of solutions, suspensions, and ointments in both a "non-sterile" (ISO Class 7) and an "aseptic" (ISO Class 5) environment. Compounding involved the preparation of products in a non-sterile kettle as well as setting up pumps and filters to transfer the product into either portable storage units or from the non-sterile to the aseptic.

Manufactured a regenerative tissue matrix that is derived from natural skin tissue and used in grafts and implants. All manufacturing was done using aseptic techniques in a clean-air hood (ISO class 5), and involved the preparation and cleaning of the tissue as well as cutting it into various sizes and sealing it for removal from the aseptic environment.

Projects included invasive species control (physical removal and herbicide application), reforestation (constructing fencing and planting within), GPS work (traveling to waypoints via a GPS and reporting on number and severity of invasive plants present), and deer-population surveys in several parks around the county.

Manufactured a variety of protein and mineral-based medical products used in surgeries for organ and tissue repair. Work included preparing a variety of solutions and operating machinery to create multiple products in an ISO class 7 controlled environment. Technicians were also responsible for packaging the finished products so that they could be sent out.
