As Senior Vice President – Business and Cloud Transformation at Broadview Networks, Tim Bell is responsible for shaping the company's strategy in its evolution toward a Cloud based service provider. Tim has used his 20 plus years of experience in the areas of customer service, service delivery, project management and process re-engineering and has applied it to various important roles at Broadview Networks. Prior to his current responsibilities, Tim has held executive responsibilities for diverse areas such as service delivery, customer care, analytics and billing. Broadview Network’s history of acquisitions has put Tim Bell in the key leadership role of leading strategic decisions on how to integrated companies into a single operating entity. This involved significantly work with all aspects of the business spanning from sales to information technology teams to choose best in class systems and processes from the combined entities.Tim is also engaged in significant projects that drive EBITDA improvement to at Broadview Networks including being responsible for revenue assurance at Broadview Networks.Tim holds a BA degree in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia University.
