Including business service design, process modelling, system design, implementation support, system release and transition.- Developed first-pass business case to transform enterprise services and additional priority technologies to support the delivery and management of research and science. Guided the strategic narrative and coordinated multiple inputs including cost and ROI modelling, case for change and procurement strategy to achieve support from internal and external stakeholders.- Led a team to develop and mobilise a technology enabled strategy for a not-for-profit in the health services industry. The strategy, including the target state operating model focused on building towards a technology landscape that would mitigate upcoming threats and promote long term growth.Collaborating with senior executive, designed and established a centralised team within a large government IT division to streamline several key functions. Developed a strategic approach to mobilise the team and capability based on resource availability and demand modelling.- Established and led a large scale multi government agency data program.
