Product Launch Center

I am responsible for all aspects of the quality system (PFD, PFMEA, PCP, work instructions, supplier quality, customer interface, etc.) for the EV40/50 program with Allison Transmission. I also schedule production and directly impact the activities of the assembly technicians for the EV40/50 area. Additionally, I am responsible for the quality review process for outgoing shipments for the Sample Build (alternator & cranking motor), HVH250, and HVH410 assembly activities for the Remy Product Launch Center.

Customer / supplier interface; APQP activities, PPAP preparation / review; supervision; etcetera (lots of etcetera).
