As the 3M Hearing & Comms Sales Supervisor for UK & Ireland I was responsible for around £16M turnover annually. I had management responsibility for a team of 5 highly motivated sales people on a daily basis. As a team we were set annual sales targets by the company and regularly exceeded them. In the last full year we posted double digit growth against sales of Communication products. As a manager I was also responsible for all my teams yearly sales plan, their Employee Performance Reviews (6 monthly), setting their goals and objectives, ensuring they worked to the company behaviours and expectations and dealt with all the usual day to day business of running a team of people such as pay/bonus/holidays/sickness/time off in lieu etc etc....
