A member of the Product Learning team, I create instructional media (print and e-learning) for educating Tangoe's employees and customers on how to use Tangoe's TEM software products. My content orients new users to the software and promotes adoption of new features as they are delivered on an ongoing basis. I collaborate with software developers, Product Management, and Marketing staff to create the most appropriate media for the need.

I use a variety of tools and practices to provide sound reinforcement for worship services and special events at the church. My main function is to ensure that speech and music performances are heard clearly throughout the sanctuary and on our livestreaming platform.

Sales enablement and customer self-service were my focus as I wrote and published software usage instructions, release notes, and video tutorials. In 2013 I served as a consultant to MOBI software engineers to help them design a proprietary online help documentation system. Additionally, I created and curated a library of in-app guided help modules using WalkMe.

Courses are highly interactive and use type, graphics, sound, and video to present instructional material and assess the learner's understanding of the material. Incorporated edits from client and internal reviews before publishing the SCORM-compliant course for use with learning management systems.

Maintained thinkcollegeindiana.net website, established social media presence, and created print, web, and video messaging to further the mission of Down Syndrome Indiana and the Indiana Postsecondary Education Coalition. Collaborative marketing efforts in 2011 helped raise a record $215,000 for the 14th annual Buddy Walk.Other duties included scheduling, layout, and web/print distribution of "Ups & Downs," DSI's self-advocate newsletter. In addition, I planned and facilitated monthly self-advocate meetings and enrichment activities for people with Down syndrome.

I provided administrative and classroom support for Prof. Richard Edwards' N100 class, "Introduction to Digital Media Principles." Duties included grading weekly assignments, tracking attendance, and moderating online forum discussions.

Wrote, videotaped, and edited informational videos for the IUPUI Web site.

Developed manuscripts for technology books and software manuals. Managed publishing workflow of 3,000 pages a year through all phases of production from authoring to page proofs. Communicated regularly with other departments included Composition Services, Media Development, and Marketing to ensure books and their ancillary media made it to market on schedule and within budget.
