20 years of Banking experience consisting of 13 years with CBA (1991-2003), and 7 years with Bendigo Bank (2010-2017). Roles have varied from teller, Customer service officer, Senior Customer Service Officer, Relief Customer Service Officer, Lending Officer, Customer Relationship Officer and Relieving Manager.Currently I have enjoyed great success in my current role over the last 3 to 4 years, with national recognition on two occasions as a "Bendigo the Bendigo" (national winner) customer service based winner with outstanding results with over the counter insurance sales. I have exceeded my personal targets consistently since 2014 and have been the main reason my branch has been top ranked in the country.Between these years I have had a variety of customer service roles based in Cairns, which were based at Cairns Central Shopping Centre, Cairns International Airport and a local Gym.These roles allowed me to develop a great understanding of the Far North Queensland area, and to develop a great understanding of people of a variety of cultures, especially my role as a meet and greet representative at Cairns International Airport.I have completed many customer service/sales based training courses over my years of employment and always maintain a professional approach to any task at hand, and am always diligent to satisfy a customer's needs whilst working within the policy and procedures of my workplace and company. I feel I have adapted extremely well to the Australian Banking sales culture.
