Moved to Russia to oversee the successful development of Ford's new operations in Russia and a new Manufacturing facility in St Petersburg. Managed all Finance functions for legal entity covering Ford, Volvo, Land Rover and Jaguar operations in Russia. Managed the Manufacturing Finance function and Treasury. Also managed Systems for Manufacturing, Accounting, Sales and Ford Financial. Lead Government Affairs initiatives for Ford within the Russian Federation. Reporting to General Director Russia and CFO Europe. Lead Team of 50.Negotiated extension to government incentives at each point of production expansion from 16k to 130k units in 2 years. Developed strong local team and improved finance employee pulse survey results each year. Member of Foreign Investors Advisory Council (FIAC), reporting to Russian Minister of Economics.Operated as General Director for 4 months due to absence of actual incumbent.
