Hi I'm Tim. I'm a exercise/health and wellbeing professional. Avid triathlete, animal lover, travel addict and thrill seeker. I trained at the Cumbria Institute of the Arts and progressed into theatre many years ago. I then discovered that I had a true passion for the health and wellbeing industry so trained as a personal Trainer. Since then I have travelled the world working at health retreats including the world renowned Jason Vales. I owned my own gym for a number of years, trained in various different exercise styles and techniques from Crossfit to indoor cycling. I found my true passion in presenting, speaking to people in any way possible. Reaching out to anyone and everyone.
