I have over 30 years experience in manufacturing, logistics and production, working in the Automotive, Rail, Construction and Aerospace Industries. I have dealt with many high end customers, including General Motors, Rolls Royce and JCB.In all of my roles I have dealt effectively with customers, executives and stockholders on a regular basis. I believe this experience is critical to many firms that must compete in today’s difficult and unpredictable economy. In my last position, as a Business Unit Manager I oversaw the program for Rolls Royce aerospace, reducing significant arrears and helping the team to improve quality, efficiency, not only on this project but others too. I have introduced Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) at previous employers, which in turn improved the analysis of data, leading to continuous improvement activity
