Serve as the liaison between the Clemson University Alumni Association and 19 regional Clemson Clubs, including markets such as Greenville, Atlanta, Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York City, Chicago, Dallas and more, representing more than 50,000 living alumni.Assist clubs with event planning, management and execution, fundraising for club scholarships, balancing end of year financials, communications, and volunteer recruitment and management.Collaborate with IPTAY and Annual Giving Office to provide high level events such as Prowl & Growl, Tigers on Tour and Clemson Family Tailgates to donors, alumni and fans.Helped raise over $100,000 in gifts and pledges between our Tigers on Tour-East Coast and Florida tours.Travel to top geographies to engage key alumni and raise awareness about important campus updates and initiatives.Assist with the planning and execution of annual Alumni Association Events such Ring Ceremony, Distinguished Service and Roaring 10 award ceremonies, Reunion, Alumni Spring Break, Welcome Back Festival, and Senior Week that annually bring over 25,000 donors, alumni, fans, family and friends to campus.

• Lead for all Men’s Soccer and Baseball ticketing. Duties include but not limited included manifest creation, season ticket allocation and assignment for 300 season tickets, gameday ticket sales and money reconciliation and end of season financial reporting.• Assist with season, gameday and postseason ticket sales, gameday operations, player guest and complimentary ticket management and money reconciliation for Men’s & Women’s Basketball and Football. • Hired and trained student staff of 14 in areas of ticketing software, customer service and relations, and gameday operations management.

• Promoted Carolinas Golf Association activities through social media outlets such as Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat, SmugMug and Facebook. Took pictures at events to use as promotional pieces on the CGA website.• Aided in the operation of amateur level golf tournaments through North and South Carolina. Tournaments included the top amateur level talent throughout the Carolinas. Championship tournaments included North Carolina Amateur, North Carolina Match Play, North Carolina Jr Boys, South Carolina Jr Boys & Girls Match Play, Carolinas Boys and Father-Son.• Set up golf courses for championship level golf tournaments. Setup included course marking, tee and pin placements, sign placement, leader board preparations, and putting up tents and tables.
