Started in Sales with Kraft Pizza Co. in 1997, transitioned to Nestle in 2010 after they bought the pizza division and then became warehouse manager. After nearly 15 years, elected to make a change that could take my skills of growing young individuals through team first culture, leadership skills, positive energy and all around better together mentality.Started with DCC propane in sales during October of 2012, and after about 1.5 years moved into a District Manager role to run the largest Hicksgas plant DCC had in Urbana Illinois. There, I ran the facility operations for a little over 4 years building and developing relationships that grew into positive growth for our district while maintaining a winning culture. In April of 2018, I was asked if I would like to help bring that winning culture throughout other districts within DCC and therefore accepted a role as a Regional manager overseeing the operations of 9 districts in 2 states which has been a wonderful challenge that I embrace and bringing that energy to our districts is my goal to help develop our districts into not just a place to work but rather a destination for individuals looking to better themselves and their families. With the acquisition of UPG propane that has now expanded to 15 plant locations in Illinois and Indiana.In October of ‘21, I accepted my next role with DCC Propane as Director of Performance over Logistics and Customer Service and now helping create a structure and processes that will stand out amongst our competitors, giving us an edge in customer service and logistics. This in turn will help lead us into the next generation of propane customers.In addition, I volunteer my time at the local Sportsmen’s Club as President, helping serve the community and help develop an environment that brings family and friends together.Working together, developing culture and proving that a better together mentality will grow your business while executing on customer service at a superior level is what my goals are daily.
