The position is one encompassing Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Quality Management Systems. Responsibility to improve the systems as well as the interfacing with customers and suppilers is of paramount importance. The culmination of my consulting company augmented by my extensive overal business experience and skills have afforded me the ability to enter this company at a level where growth will ensue as the company forges ahead with the sale of all of its' facilities. The increased responsibility that will come from the sale is welcomed as I am able and willing to utilize my vertical and horizontal management skills to their fullest extent.

My extensive management experiences spans from Supplier Chain management through quality and environmental systems as well as "in-house" auditing and quality/environmental services as a sub-contracted Director/Manager of Quality.

We are currently a 1st and 2nd party systems auditing and public training organization for all industries. The internal and supplier assessments and training are performed internationally as requested by the client. We are also focusing our efforts towards becoming an accredited/certified 3rd party ISO9000 body where we can officially audit companies and register them to the respective ISO9000-based standard(s). Other certifications are also in our plans such as instrumentation certification and the cross-checking of such.

Worked with the small company by directing operations, human resources, administration, installers, warehouse and customer service as well as being an integral part of the sales and design functions.

Directed the Sales department for this quality and environmental registrar. Sold our auditing services for ISO9000 based systems such as ISO/TS16949, AS9100 and ISO14000. I worked within many scopes of businesses and concentrated on the Mexican, military and healthcare sectors before pursuing other options. I was also a certified auditor for SQA.

Full-time consultant to NASA John Glenn Research Center for the implementaion and mentoring of quality management systems.

Directed the six sigma and quality management systems including the supply chain for the steel company. Assisted executive management on all quality issues, quality costs, policy development and strategic business planning. Also successfully directed the Y2K project for all 9 facilities.
