I am responsible for our team of Account Managers, who are focused on maintaining existing and developing business and services into one of our group’s largest Retail Banking customers. Our key focus is to understand our customer’s challenges in a changing market, to ideally ensure that we are supporting their agenda helping them to prosper and take market share.My team of account managers are the voice of the customer and I encourage them to constantly challenge our business to ensure we are delivering the very best and most relevant services, solutions and innovation to ensure our customer remains a market leader.Our vendor agnostic approach allows us to truly represent our customer and offer them the very best advice with no technology bias, ensuring that they receive the right outcome and selection process. Our large Enterprise customer portfolio and proximity enables us to add real market insight and positions us as a trusted advisor within our custom base.After holding this role on an interim basis from January 2015, the role was made permanent in October 2015 following a successful transition from our Financial Service to Major Account’s sector.

I am currently responsible for maintaining existing and developing new business and services into our two largest Managed Service clients.I have held this role since April 2011of which all business set targets for the current financial year have been either met or exceeded.I am looking forward to the challenges and targets the new financial year will bring, in what is an exciting time due to the ICM and Phoenix IT Services merger which brings with it a host of service capability and benefits to our existing and potential new custom base.
