Tim Budelman has been a member of the Oregon business community for more than 12 years. After distinctively serving in the US Army and Oregon Army National Guard for 8 years, Tim graduated from George Fox University with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and an emphasis in Management/Psychology. George Fox was also where Tim met his lovely wife Christi; together they have two daughters in the Greater Portland area. Shortly after graduating, Tim was anxious to get back into the workforce where he worked as a construction consultant in the private, bio-tech and department of defense sectors of the cleanroom industry. He became the vice president of a local national company based in Portland before starting his own regional company. After building the company up to more than 20 employees, he sold it. Tim has traveled extensively to start up new jobs in new territories many times over and additionally has accomplished certifications in strategic negotiations and development of nationally accredited ISO Quality Control Systems – all of which have served Tim well in the business community. Tim has served on and represented several boards and continues to serve as a board member for an international adoption agency. Moving from a boutique brokerage to Prudential in 2006, Tim has employed many innovative market strategies to aid clients in the Commercial Real Estate field. Tim has helped position companies in the Industrial, Retail and Office markets in Real Estate Sales and Leasing. Through hard work, determination and innovation, Tim has been highly successful in navigating creative solutions and tactical negotiations across the Portland MSA market.
