Contracted on a major fraud investigation with Thames Valley Police known as Operation Hornet. The case was probably the largest case of its kind in the UK. The case involved money laundering, corruption, bribery and fraud by ten suspects. I was involved with disclosure, evidence gathering and witness care. I received a commendation.

Tae Kwon Do Instructor from 1995 to 2003 My training in Tae Kwon Do began in 1986 when serving at Hereford whilst serving in the army. Training continued after moving to Oxfordshire and in 1995 I passed 1st Dan Black Belt having been graded by Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha of the United Kingdom Tae Kwon Do Association. After passing the Black Belt Grading and participating in instructors training with Grand Master Choi Hong Hi (Founder of ITF style) I opened my Tae Kwon Do club in Banbury, Oxfordshire. I continued to instruct and practice and gained my 3rd Dan Black Belt in 2003. In 1997 I achieved a diploma in Sports Coaching. I also hold a diploma in Hypnotherapy. I have also trained in several styles of martial arts including Tai Chi and Wing Chun Kung Fu which I am currently studying. Police Officer Safety Instructor 1997 to 2006 In 1997 as a police officer I became a qualified Officer Safety Instructor training Protection Group Officers in the use of Unarmed Defensive Tactics, hand cuffing, PR24 and straight baton, CS Incapacitant Spray and Tactical Communications. This role was in addition to my normal duties as a firearms officer.
