Led the Ladbrokes and Coral Premier Team creating a multi-brand one-stop-shop for all inbound top tier VIP (Gold and Platinum) contact, as well as lower tier proactive Outbound voice contact.Inbound contact included best in class Voice, Chat, Email, Telebet and Retail support/query resolution. Outbound contact focused on reactivation, churn reduction, targeted promotional marketing and proactive live query resolution.
