Mr. Byrne joined the Tremblay Tool Steel team in 2021 bringing 16 years of sales experience in the Plastic and Machining Industry, 4 Years experience as General Manager, 7 Years experience as Director of Operations, 11 years’ experience of production control and assembly experience from a large machine shop and 4 years’ experience in machinery sales. At Jerpbak Bayless Tim was the General Manager responsible for running day-to-day operations, guiding general business strategy, including overseeing hiring and discipline of staff, and helping to oversee sales and estimating. At Diamond America/Akron Tool and Die Mr. Byrne was responsible for new machine sales helping the customer determine needs to fit their application and assisted engineering in design. At Plastic Process Equipment Mr. Byrne was a consistent top sales producer, as well as overseeing several product lines. At the Kent Machine Co. Mr. Byrne started as an assembler and was quickly promoted into Production Control where he helped oversee several very large customers projects, the main one being Procter and Gamble’s Pamper Diaper Machines prototype machining, assembly, and qualifying of final product. At Deep Hole Specialist Mr. Byrne had a leading role in sales development, overseeing shop operations, including Job Write Ups, Scheduling, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Customer Service and played an intimate roll in getting ISO certification helping to write procedures and implementation.
