About Tim Cameron

I am a highly experienced business transformation, process and change management practitioner with over 25 years of implementing effective and practical business and technology-based change within and across organisations. In recent years, I have had the opportunity to work within the Disability sector and seek to continue to work with ‘for purpose’ organisations that provide essential services to vulnerable members of our community.I have worked, and have a strong preference to work, in roles that have had a whole of business and/or transformation focus as well as on programs and projects that have significant business and customer impacts and benefits. I bring to my roles both a strategic and systems thinking approach that helps identify and define end-to-end solutions that will deliver the organisation’s strategic plans, as well as a detail-oriented approach to the review and analysis of specific processes and business problems that drives improvements and the design and implementation of effective solutions.
