Leading and empowering a team of incredible staff to facilitate camps and events enabling young people and families to experience a relationship with Jesus and to equip them to live that out in every day life.

Role includes oversight of recruitment, professional and personal development as well as pastoral care of both staff and over 300 active volunteers; Co-ordination of the CYC Ministries Internship Program, including oversight and pastoral care of the Interns, planning and facilitations of retreats and events, as well as development of teaching content as an adjunct lecturer for Eastern College Australia; Writing and implementation of Leadership Policies and Procedures as well as accompanying online training modules, as well as training and equipping sessions on camps; Directing sixteen day Leadership Development immersive experiences for young emerging leaders twice times a year, including planning of program, teaching and training and recruitment of mentor leadership team; Co-ordinating monthly leadership events, ranging from leadership training, camp planning, equipping of existing key leaders, recruiting new leaders; establishing a partnership with Second Chance Bangkok, as well as the initiation of a mission and ministry careers expo.

Duties included sales, customer service, management of stock inventory, liaising with suppliers and transport infrastructure, unpacking shipments, maintaining and updating website and databases, marketing and promotion, preparing and dispatching orders, as well as recruiting, supervising and delegating tasks to staff

Role included giving leadership to the overall functioning of the church’s Youth Ministry including facilitating, planning, preparation and implementation of ministry programs, including recruitment, training and empowering of volunteer leaders and staff, creating and maintaining appropriate administration systems, regular preaching at Sunday services and a key role in Church leadership.
