Tim joined Baccata Trustees Limited in Jersey as a full time consultant and in November 2019 was appointed a director. He retired from the board in February 2022 and now works as a consultant with the company as it continues its’ growth as a niche privately owned trust company looking after private clients around the world. He has helped clients and their advisers for over 30 years with the management, preservation and enhancement of their, and their families, wealth. Tim was a founder shareholder of the Hawksford Group and one of the members who took part in the management buyout from Rathbone Brothers Plc in October 2008. From 2004 to 2008 he served as a board member of Rathbone Trust Company Jersey Limited.Given the international nature of work undertaken on behalf of clients, he has also been authorised to act as a principal person under the current regulations in Jersey, Guernsey, BVI and Qatar. Tim is a full member of STEP and also holds the DTEP diploma from the Institute of Financial Services. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and holds a diploma in company direction, with his aim to achieve chartered director status shortly. In an honorary role, Tim was a long standing member of the States of Jersey Rates Appeal Board. He previously sat as a committee member of the Jersey STEP branch.
