I oversee a team of ten up to fifteen people and ensure safety and quality standards are met while maximizing productivity and efficiency.I have a keen eye for learning and improving systems, and I enjoy exploring ideas to enhance working conditions and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in critical thinking, thriving in chaos and training multiple individuals which helps me optimize processes, solve problems, and develop skills.
