Work on site and remotely to manage newsroom’s copy desk staff, print deadlines for the Tulsa World and its weekly papers. Serve as team leader for page design implementation, development of graphics, and layout of the newspaper. Supervise print production workflows and assist users with the newsroom’s content management system.Serve as newsroom liaison to Lee Enterprises, Inc. Regional Design and IT Support centers. This includes advanced project planning, help with implementation of new software, installation of hardware, and resolving localized issues.Meet regularly with community leaders as a member of the Tulsa World Editorial Board, including local, county and state officials, federal lawmakers, law enforcement, business leaders, nonprofit organizations, and school boards.
