After graduating from Macquarie University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Economics (Majoring in Taxation with a double major in Contemporary Australian Politics), I joined my family software business DATASPEED. Dataspeed is a 3rd generation Australian owned software development company, widely regarded as the Industry Expert, offering tailored software solutions for the Australian Bus and Coach Industry. We have been the leading software supplier for this vertical market in Australia since the arrival of PCs. Dataspeed was the software chosen by Bus2000 & Coach 2000 (Subsidiaries of SOGOC) to be used during the Sydney Olympic Games. Our staff also played an instrumental role (training & mentoring all Depot & Operations Managers) in the success of the smooth delivery of public transport to these games. Following our success, Dataspeed Software was also used for bus transport 2001 Goodwill Games in Brisbane and the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. In November 2011, I successfully merged our 30 year old family software business DATASPEED with National Accounting Firm PITCHER PARTNERS, and created "PRIMEWORKS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS” of which I became the Managing Director/Partner, Board Member & Equity Shareholder with Pitchers.PrimeWorks is 100% Australian owned, and the lead software development vendor in the Australian Bus and Coach market, offering fully cloud hosted operational and accounting solutions, used in over 200 bus depot sites across the country. We are reporting experts, offering the most sophisticated and superior reporting solution for Contracted Operators to periodically submit Operational, Financial and KPI reports electronically to the Government seamlessly. We also offer the Industry standard Payroll Fully STP2 compliant), Charters & Vehicle Maintenance software solutions to this vertical market.In January 2021, I combined with my father to purchase & acquire our business partners shares in PrimeWorks, to own the business outright which I continue to own, operate & manage today.My passions include Wing Chun Kung Fu, Weight Training (bodybuilding) & horse racing - of which I am fortunate enough to have been a part owner of the champion Redzel - winner of over $16m in prizemoney and the first horse to conquer the TAB Everest (the richest race on turf in the world)
