I am responsible for the safe execution of the installation of electrical Equipment, which follows the Canadian Electrical Code and the clients specs and details. It was my responsibility to work in a team environment to assure that the execution is done effectively and efficiently. I am assigned an area to install cable tray, electrical equipment and devices. Organize cable pulls to instruments, junction boxes and devices.

Turnaround and Small Projects Coordinator• Ensure the safe execution, in a timely manner within an approved budget, of small projects.• Directly coordinate and supervise multiple disciplines.• Responsible to track project changes and produce updated schedule as agreed with engineering and project management.• Perform with Project Specialist constructability walk downs and provide recommendations.• Liaison between Contractor and Engineering on technical issues, Request for Information.• Interface with assigned Contractors to oversee adherence to overall Project Execution Plan.• Receive and approve daily LEMS from Contractors and Subs.• Trend all scope deviations for the purpose of cost controls.• Organize meetings with management and operations for issues regarding execution and outages of operating equipment and the de-energizing of related equipment. Also perform walk downs with operations and contractors to ensure lotto integrity.• Initiate and ensure timely completion of PSSR, develop deficiencies punch list and facilitate the completion of items.• Responsible to ensure Contractors compliance with Client and Government regulated health and safety requirements.

Marex CanadaMy duties as a Code Officer shall include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Conduct reviews of electrical drawings and issue Electrical Drawing Review reports (EDR) accordingly. Electrical drawings to be reviewed include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Single Line Drawings 2. Area Classification Drawings and Narratives 3. Installation Details 4. Substation Layout Drawings 5. Grounding Drawings 6. Cable Tray Layout Drawings 7. Lighting Layout Drawings 8. Cable Schedules 9. Panel Schedules 10. Vendor Prints B. Issue the EDR to the MAREX Supervisor for distribution to applicable parties. C. Perform Safety Code inspections of all electrical installations (interim and final inspections). D. Issue Electrical Inspection (EI) reports covering the inspections including any non-compliance items to the MAREX Supervisor for distribution to applicable parties. E. Track the non-compliant items and conduct follow-up inspections as required. F. Responsible for forwarding any requests for code variances to the MAREX Supervisor for processing.G. Responsible for issuing interpretations of Canadian Electric Code rules at the request Conoco Phillips Canada in consultation with the MAREX Supervisor and MAREX Technical Staff. H. Responsible for pre-energization inspection and approvals as required by Conoco Phillips Canada. I. Responsible for ERMP compliance inspections at selected vendor's facilities as assigned by the MAREX Supervisor. J. Participate in the investigation of accidents or fires of electrical origin.
