For INA Field Services, Inc. I hold the position of Coordinator, for theacquisition of easement and right of ways.Starting with the creation of a property line list from shape or kmz files, and, developing a parcel map from appraisal district files, and pulling property tax cards. Coordinating tracts as to owner locations, assigning tracts for title research and deed plotting to verify ownership, then assigning tracts for acquisition. Coordinate with assigned survey companies the road, railroad and waterway profiles.Review and acquire approval of agreements. Build construction line list, and oversee the construction of final folders for clients.

Kinder Morgan had acquired a Tejas pipeline that ran from north of Marshall, Texas to south of Marshall, then east toward Scottsville. I was hired to research the original easements, and profile the Grantee's obligations, then notify each of the owners of the intent of Kinder Morgan to preform a hydro-test on the line. I also acquired temporary work-space for equipment, property access information, and payment of damages. I began each day with the safety meeting with Strike Construction and stayed with the inspector, in case there were any property, till the work was finished each day.

Sierra Land Services was contracted by GMX Resources out of Oklahoma to do mineral title in Harrison County. As an agent for Sierra, I ran mineral title from patent to present day, building run sheets and dividing ownership interest using Microsoft Excel.

For the twenty-five years at the Harrison Central Appraisal District, I appraised property for ad-valorem taxes, and did title research to verify ownership in parcels, then beginning in October 1989 until July 2008, I was in the cartography department, building ownership maps for the district, which included title research, deed plotting, manipulation and placement. I used the deed records at the county clerk's office and Moseley's Abstract plant for searches, where I gained a great education in Texas title from the plant owner Haywood Moseley, and his brother, who was and attorney, Bailey Moseley.
